Why they want to house sit

As a recent retiree I am looking for the ideal place to retire and want to 'try before I buy'! As a house proud homeowner I fully understand the importance of finding the right person.

Their experience

I have owned and let properties for over thirty years. I know what to expect and what would be expected of me. I am a very much a 'hands-on person', extremely flexible and adaptable. My most recent house sit has been of six months in Spain.
