I am a very structured,reliable,clean person who really takes responsibility!
I donnot smoke,I donnot drink any alcohol,I donnot take anything that causes addictions.I donnot watch TV but like to spend my time by learning,exploring,working.I am the opposite of a "couch-patatoe"!
I am NOT looking for a place to hang-around and chill.I like to use my time,skills,knowledge,experiences to support others.The Mind-My-House experience should be a win-win-situation for both parties:OF COURSE an owner of a house or/and of animals wants to be sure that during their absence somebody really takes care and is trustworthy! In exchange the house- /animalSitter gets the chance to stay in places away from their normal daily life. What I expect:Clear and reliable communication BEFORE a sit plus reachability for communication (if questions or problems arise) during the sitting-time.
Why they want to house sit
Because I like to be in several places for certain=planned times.
I like much better to be active in a place (=taking care of animals, cleaning
or whatever is needed for caretaking of a house) than to stay in some anonymous hotel. By this it is much easier to come to know a area/ a country. It is much more about real life-not some artificial tourist-experience.

Very responsible house- and cat sitter
Martina took care of our cat, house and garden for two weeks. She arrived one day before we had to leave for holiday, so it was possible to make a perfect handing over. When we came home we found healthy plants (though it had been VERY hot!), a clean and tidy house and a happy cat. Martina made a lot of photos to document "the cat's day".
