About this sitter

Hey there. We’re a quiet couple who love animals, meeting new people, writing, art and travelling. We believe in treating people’s homes and pets with the same love and care we give our own. We both currently work remotely so we’re available for any dates and we're able to be flexible with location, but we prefer sits of 3+ weeks within a 2-3 hour radius of London.

Why they want to house sit

Because we love meeting people and pets and making new friends. Plus it gives us the opportunity to travel and help people we meet. We’re both still in contact with almost everyone we’ve ever house- or pet-sat for, and we’re still fond of the animals we took care of and would love to see them again someday.

Their experience

Between the two of us, we have 6 years of experience house-sitting. Both of us have watched dogs, cats and small birds, and Elizabeth also has experience with rabbits, fish, chickens, horses and cows. We also clean, garden and do yardwork during our stays according to what the homeowner needs or requests. This MindMyHouse account was formerly just Elizabeth's but was recently converted to a couples profile, so don't mind that Leon isn't mentioned in the testimonial. What can they bring to the assignment

The people we house sit for have always told us that we are hardworking, reliable and caring. We always want to do a job well and so we make sure that all pets are happy and well-cared for, and we always strive to leave the house or garden in a better condition than we found it. We also provide regular photo and text updates on the status of the house and pets, and make sure that we are always able to be contacted by the owners.
