About this sitter

I have 14 years of housesitting. I have extensive experience of various animals, birds and reptiles. Especially as my father is from a farming family.
i have just completed doing end of life animal sits in New Zealand.
I am happy to look after various animals, reptiles or birds.
I am DBS checked, with a Veterinary Assistant's qualification. I also have a Dog Trainer Diploma. I am insured and I have very good references.

Why they want to house sit

I am happy to housesit. I no longer have animals of my own, since it was impractical once I started house sitting.
My dogs lived to great ages of 15,16 and 17.
I also enjoy visiting different locations.

I have 14 years of experience as a house sitter with extensive experience.
Included in that time, I have 8 years experience of house and pet sitting in New Zealand for
friends who foster for the SPCA in NZ. I have just completed doing end of life care in New Zealand.
I have formerly bred, worked and shown Border Terriers at championship level and achieved a qualification to Crufts. My very first dog was re-homed by me. My dog before I started housesitting was a rescue dog. I started dog walking for neighbours at the age of 10.
I have owned
various domestic pets, including rabbits, hamsters, budgies, zebra finches, tortoises and fish.

I have been a dog owner for most of my life and have previously owned domestic pets such as rabbits, hamsters, budgies, zebra finches and tortoises. I have previously

worked, shown and bred Border Terriers.
I am mature, and my extensive experience has taught me how to deal with most situations, including medical situations.
I am calm in a crisis and am very calm with animals in general. I have very good references, and have kept customers over the 12 year period until their circumstances have changed.
