About this sitter
I enjoy learning new things, meeting new people and challenging myself. Daily tasks are welcome, routines and creature comforts are my style. I love the company and cuddles having an animal. Having owned homes (I'm used to the work and care that goes into it), I'm very handy, good with trouble shooting, and the use of power tools. I have a drivers license, driven side by sides, four wheel drive and standards. I understand and comply with instructions (smooth transition when leaving and returning) and regular updates can be expected. A comfortable home with Wifi and good Chi is all I need.
Why they want to house sit
Newly retired young, I no longer want the responsibility of owning. I generally have an immediate repore and leave people feeling confident about my character. I enjoy the creature comforts of a home (daily routines, cooking, yard), a trusted and reliable sitter is definitely on my resume. I prefer to begin a dialogue ahead of time so we both feel comfortable.Leave with peace of mind and confidence knowing your pets and home are safe and loved. An honest, reliable and fun loving pet sitter is guaranteed. I get it, the pride that accompanies home ownership and the importance and love, one has for the little or large furry family members!

Yes, (references available), I am practiced in home/pet (hand-off) and as a previous owner of homes, a trusted, respected and contributing neighbor, your home is in very capable hands. I just finished up a dog/house sit in Galway, in August and I am now in Costa Rica dog/house sitting. Pet owners can expect regular updates and all home owners can expect an effortless transition leaving and returning home.
A variety of home and pet caring in the past three years as well as animal ownership starting from childhood; our family had two horses, German Sheperds and a few cats. As an adult I have had a gorgeous Aussie Blue Heeler/Border Collie(gentle and great with children) cats, Guineau Pigs, two squirrels and three robins (native bird). I've had the pleasure of sitting with goats, chickens, dogs, cats, a donkey and a horse (minimal experience) .
What can they bring to the assignment
Reliability, common sense and ease of transition, I am definitely a people and animal person, you will quickly note this and feel confident as we begin a dialogue. Adept at trouble shooting home issues, I've had pets that required pills and minimal medical care/assistance. An explorer that is very easy going and prefers a clean space, clear instruction and I respect your privacy!
