About this sitter

We are a very capable and mature couple from Wales, UK and China. We both work remotely part time, so can be very flexible with our time to suit your needs.

We experiencing new places, walking, gardening and spending time in a locality.

I (Patrick) speak English, French, Chinese and a little German and Spanish.

Why they want to house sit

We are open to sits anywhere in Europe, but especially Spain, France and Italy. We are flexible for any length of time – short house sits or long, any time of the year. We currently live in Spain, and are traveling around before we settle to start a family. We love animals and love giving them the attention they need. We welcome any opportunity to look after cats and dogs, plus other pets.

We are also interested in medium to long term positions in other locations e.g. the USA or Asia.

Their experience

I (Paddy) grew up on a farm in Wales, and so I have experience lookig after dogs, cats and farm animals since I was small. I have been a WOOFER (working on organic farms) around the world, and am very comfortable looking after others' homes. We have done house-sitting in Paris, Wales, China and Malaysia.

We can provide many house sitting references from friends and past home owners if required.

What can they bring to the assignment

We are quiet, calm and respect how others live and keep their homes. We have a wealth of experience in pet care and home care alike. We are also both extremely practical, should the need arise. We do not smoke or drink, and are very clean - we hope we can leave your home spotless and clean!
