Hi, I’m Netta :)
I’m a 41-year-old digital nomad, originally from the arts and culture world, where I work as a producer. I love animals, nature, podcasts, and anything creative. I’m also clean, organized, and really enjoy making new friends—people or pets—and discovering new places.

I’m warm, caring, and hands-on, and I believe that good communication makes everything simple and clear. When I sit, I focus on giving pets plenty of love, care, and company, while giving their owners complete peace of mind.

Why they want to house sit

I love this lifestyle:) it’s not just about travel, but about trust, connection, and sharing everyday life with animals in a new place.
I genuinely feel that I receive as much love from the pets as I give them. Because I work remotely from home, it’s wonderful to always have someone to cuddle with, take care of, and share daily routines with. For me, pets bring a special warmth and companionship that makes every day richer.

House sitting also allows me to experience places in a deeper, more authentic way, less as a tourist and more like a local. Through the animals and their owners, I get a unique perspective on a place and community, which is exactly the way I love to travel.

Their experience

Over the years I’ve cared for both cats and dogs in different homes, including long-term assignments. For example, I recently spent five months in Greece looking after four adorable cats, and before that I regularly cared for a dog (Ravioli) and a cat (Lily) whenever their owners traveled. I’ve also completed several other sits with both cats and dogs, from playful kittens to senior pets, each one adding to my experience and confidence.

I especially enjoy longer-term assignments, because I’ve noticed that both the pets and I benefit from a little time to settle into each other’s rhythm. After that short adjustment period, a real comfort develops, which makes the sit even more rewarding for everyone.

I also have experience administering medication, watering gardens, and caring for houseplants.
