About this sitter
We are a retired couple. Up for any adventure, anywhere. We are extremely adaptable. Love beaches, city life, hikes, history, culture. Open to where life takes us!
Why they want to house sit
We are passionate about experiences. Gratefully today’s technology allows us to continue to stay connected to friends and family.
Their experience
We have had 9 years of furnished rentals. Still continue to have relationships with almost all our long term stays! We owned a home for almost 35 years. Took great pride and love in a ring for our home.
What can they bring to the assignment
My husband has a green thumb, and is extremely handy! If he can’t fix it he will YouTube it! We like animals, prefer dogs, fish, birds LOL! He is highly allergic to cats.

Over and above the call of Dutyy
Deena and Sherwin took exceptional care of our home and big yard. Not only did they keep the extensive landscaping looking good, they did some pruning, even liberating a beautiful rose bush that was growing through a fence. There were several occasions where wild pigs got under the fence and tore up the lawn pretty badly. Sherwin reinforced the fence by piling heavy rocks along it (no small feat), and knocked down the clumps the pigs left, smoothed out the grass and tamped it down (also a very demanding task). I can't thank Sherwin and Deena enough for their service which was 'over and above'!!! They are the best housesitters and I highly recommend them. They kept us abreast of how things were going with photos and texts and we felt assured that all was well.
