Hi!

My name is Klaus, I'm 30 years old and from Finland.

I think my experience with house-sitting started through my work in gardening and permaculture. Nowadays, I work remotely.

I have many friends who like to travel abroad, and I have been able to take care of their house, pets, and plants in the meantime!

Pets I have taken care of include cats, dogs, horses, chickens, goats, snakes, hamsters, and some more.

Why they want to house sit

It is a win-win situation for everyone, and a nice way to travel, and make new friends and connections.

Yes, I have done house-sitting in many different parts of the world, in widely different arrangements, taking care of pets, plants, and some construction.

What can they bring to the assignment

I am a very quiet, private, and tidy person. I am not the kind of person who wants to host a big party in someone else's house!

My remote work means I have a very good reason to stay in a house and take care of it.

I am usually looking to bring some form of improvement to the place, so that it's in a better condition when I leave, than it was before. Usually through my experience with plants and gardening and farming.
