Hi, I'm Grace! I'm a 26 year old woman based in Brooklyn, NY, currently traveling around a bit while working remotely. I am a lifelong animal lover who grew up with dogs and have experience caring for kitties as well. I've been housesitting since I was 18, but am new to Mind My House.

My past clients would describe me as reliable, communicative, and attentive to detail. I take pride in maintaining a clean space and want to make sure that when you return home from your travels, you can kick off your shoes and feel relieved to be home. While you're away, I want to help you focus on enjoying your trip by being available whenever necessary for any sort of communication (even if you just need some cute pics of your pet), and taking care of household needs as necessary so that you don't need to lift a finger when you get back.

Why they want to house sit

For the first time in my life, I am working 100% remotely. I have wanted to travel around the country for years, but haven't had the time or means. I know that if I were to need a housesitter, I would want someone trustworthy and kind to hold down the fort and give my pet the love and attention they need. And I feel confident that I will be able to offer the same kind of ease for someone else!

Their experience

Yes! I have multiple housesits under my belt, as well as 10+ years of caring for dogs. I've also spent years working as a nanny in what was essentially a house manager role, handling housework and errands while providing excellent care to children. I believe those skills transfer quite well!
