Animals are my favorite friends. I am exceedingly reliable and am comfortable in both cities and rural settings.
Why they want to house sit
I have had to leave my farm of many years & I miss my pets & livestock. Pet sitting would give me the honor of being with animal friends for at least part of the year. I am a non smoker & a vegetarian.

Janet, a genuine animal lover
A big thank you to Janet for looking so well after our 2 dogs, our hens, our home and garden for a month. One of the dog had an unexpected surgery only a week before our travel, and couldn't have had better care than in Janet's loving hands. She gave him his medication, took him to the vet to have the stitches removed and kept him in great spirit, while giving much attention to the other dog also. Both dogs were in great form on our return. And the hens... they are missing her so much that they have stopped laying since she left! She was very good in keeping in touch nearly daily, and managed very well during the storm. Not forgetting that the house was spotless. We highly recommend Janet, and hope to welcome her again in a near future.

Lovely lady animals adored her
Janet is a very worldly lady with lots of great stories and love for the animals and outdoors. She adored our 4 dogs, and got used to the rabbits and hens, and kept them company for hours at a time. We would not hesitate to recommend her and look forward to seeing her again soon.

Janet looked after our home together with 2 dogs, 2 cats , numerous chickens for 3 during August 2025. She was very kind and attentive and all animals were well cared for despite the really hot weather.

Caring Animal lover!
Janet looked after both our house our elderly dog and cat for nearly a month. She undoubtedly showered both animals with all of her love and attention and they were obviously very happy to have her looking after them. She kept us regularly updated with information on them as well as doing a sterling job in our garden! Janet took great care of our dogs and home
Janet did a great job taking care of our dogs and home. She showed up when planned and there were no surprises. It was clear the dogs enjoyed her company and were in great shape when we got back. She gave them walks and their medications. She's also a wonderful person, I am glad she took this assignment! Merci !
