About this sitter

This summer, we packed our backpacks, maps, a few stuffed animals and set off to explore the world in a different way – slowly, mindfully, and ideally with a furry companion by our side. We're keeping a little travel journal, collecting memories, and hoping to find a place to settle down in autumn.

I work online – teaching languages and designing fabrics – so all I need is Wi-Fi, a desk, and a happy pet to share the space with. Back home, we cared for a rabbit, guinea pig, fish, and even a little lizard – but after a recent separation, our animals stayed with their dad.
So this summer, I want to give my kids a season full of wagging tails and soft paws instead of overthinking what’s missing.

My boys (6 and 8) truly adore animals – they’re gentle, responsible, and surprisingly good at cleaning cages (with the right motivation ). Their dream is to have a dog someday, so they treasure every animal they get to care for.

We’re looking for peaceful sits with pets who enjoy company, cuddles, or just knowing someone is quietly there. We’re clean, calm, and deeply respectful – and no couch full of fur scares us.
Your pets won’t suffer with us – unless it’s from too much love, attention, and heartfelt care.

Why they want to house sit

After a big change in our family, I wanted this summer to feel healing – not just for me, but for my two young boys ??.
We left behind our usual routines (and our pets, who now live with their dad) and set out to reconnect with nature ?, animals ?, and a slower way of living.

House sitting allows us to care, to give back, and to feel part of something meaningful.
It’s not about free stays – it’s about giving love to animals who need company and offering peace of mind to the people who love them.

For us, each house sit is a little moment of calm, warmth and purpose on our journey.

Their experience

While we’re new to house sitting through this platform, caring for animals and homes has always been part of our lives.

We’ve looked after rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, and even a little lizard in our own home – and helped friends care for pets and plants during their holidays.
I’ve always raised my boys (6 and 8) to be gentle, patient and hands-on when it comes to daily animal care.

We’re respectful of people’s spaces, routines and furry family members – and always aim to leave everything just a little better than we found it.

We’re tidy, non-smoking, and treat every space with respect. Your pets will receive loving attention, quiet companionship, and someone who really tunes into their needs – whether it’s long walks, belly rubs, or simply being nearby.

I work from home, so I’m around most of the day – perfect for animals who don’t like being alone. My boys are calm, caring, and used to being around pets – they know how to be gentle and patient.

We bring flexibility, clear communication, and a deep appreciation for the trust you place in us. We don’t take that lightly.
