About this sitter
Hey there! Trevor and Kaitlyn here, we are a couple from Minneapolis, MN. We currently have two pets, a Golden Doodle named Louis and a Russian Blue cat named Lulu. We absolutely love traveling together and exploring new places. We love ALL animals and are open to taking care of all kinds of pets!! We'd like to stay in locations that have some type of public transit or good walkability.
Why they want to house sit
We are 26 and 23 and looking to gain all the travel experiences we can in our 20's. We simply are both wanting to see the world together, and why not share the experience with some lovely pets along the way? Both of us are teachers with part-time gigs as a musician (Trevor) and photographer (Kaitlyn). Aside from aspirations to pursue those things full-time, we also hope to live in Europe one day, so our house sits may serve as "auditions" for different regions we could see ourselves living in.
Their experience
Yes! Kaitlyn and I currently pet-sit on Rover, which is a platform for pet boarding. On any given occasion, we'll have 1-3 other dogs/cats in our house. We also occasionally stay in people's homes in Minneapolis through Rover. We have a dog park down the street and love taking our big crew there to run and play. Both of us grew up with dogs, cats, and fish as well, so we have much experience between the two of us.
What can they bring to the assignment
We are super easy-going, flexible, and genuinely just love animals! We can provide daily walks for dogs and tons of attention. We love to cook healthy meals at home and therefore spend most days at home with our pets. Kaitlyn (the photographer) takes wonderful pictures, so you may even end up with a new photo to frame for your wall :) We are non-smokers and stay very quiet and clean.

Wonderful, reliable, responsible house sitters!
Trevor and Kaitlyn took such thoughtful care of our home. We were away for almost a month and had such peace of mind the entire time. While they are great communicators and were sure to keep us informed when needed, they are extremely capable and responsible and were judicious about contacting us. This allowed us to truly relax on our vacation and feel confident that our home was in good hands. We were able to spend a few hours with them before and after the sit and were so impressed by their kind, positive energy. Our dogs bonded with them immediately (even though the dogs came with us, we could tell they would be excellent pet sitters too!).
