About this sitter

My name is Johanna but everyone just calls me Hanna, I’m 18 years old and from Germany. I love going on walks, reading and learning about new things. I’m a responsible and caring person who loves animals and enjoys spending time with them. I have a Cat myself and grew up with lots of animals because of my family’s love for animals that we all share! I’m looking for a house/pet sit in the summer, I have time in July and August but I am flexiable with the length of the stay depending on your needs, so just reach out and we’ll find something! I can take care of your pets and your home with love and respect. I’m reliable, clean, and motivated to help.

Why they want to house sit

I want to house sit because I love animals and enjoy discovering new places and cultures. I see this as a chance to gain experience, help others, and have a meaningful and responsible stay abroad. I would love to combine travel with something purposeful like taking care of someone’s home and pets. Besides that I’m planning on studying abroad so that would also be a chance for me to see more of the country I’ll study in!

Their experience

Yes. I have helped on a farm for 3 months. I did an 2 Month internship helping Ukrainian children learn German and also 2 Months in Kindergarten, which shows my responsibility and patience. I’ve been around animals most of my life and feel very comfortable caring for them. I also rescued a cat with my family now almost ten years ago, which is now my best friend! Because I have animals myself and also took care of the pets of relatives and friends I’m aware of the daily routines and know what to do.
