I’m a cheerful 30-something from the Netherlands.

I would describe myself as being trustworthy, respectful, and good-spirited, treating others' homes and belongings with care and attention.

I'm looking for house sitting assignments without pets.

Non-smoker.

Most keen on sitting somewhere in a rural / countryside setting.

Why they want to house sit

I have found myself benefiting from a change of scenery ever now and then, and I like the exchange of providing a helpful service to people while I get to spend time somewhere different.

This might a bit of a wild card, but: I would love to find homeowners who split their time between for southern hemisphere spring and summers and European spring and summers, and sit for them in both autumn and winters while they are in the other hemisphere.

I don't like the hustle-and-bustle and the excessive daylight that comes with spring and summers in the Netherlands.

I have done house sitting once before. For a period of 3 weeks. I mowed the lawn, emptied the mailbox, kept the place looking tidy and occupied.

I bring a strong sense of responsibility, a positive attitude, and a commitment to ensuring your home is very well cared for during your absence.

Being a bit of a handyman (if I say so myself), I can tackle the odd jobs that might arise in or around the house while you’re away.
