Hello I am Elin from Mönchengladbach. I don`t have plenty of experience in house or pet sitting. But what I have to offer is life experience. This goes hand in hand with a high empathy and degree of responsibility, also for others`property and especially their four-legged family members.

I have spent a third of my professional life in several European and African countries. So I am also familiar with different cultures.
I can't and don't want to give up traveling completely.
However, as I have never been the classic all-inclusive tourist, house or pet sitting suits me very well.

Why they want to house sit

Hello I am Elin, a 69-year-old retired coach for solution-oriented psychology. I am German and still love to travel around. To mind a house or take care of pets is something not unusual for me. We always had cats. Especially a cat family (mother, father and kitten), which was not only a great gift for my children. Much more it is that also cats have their very different individual character, which needs to be respected. Living with cats is more than just giving them food or clean the litter box. They are furry family members.
Additionally, we had a Dachshund, which grew up among our cat family and also was raised by them in a certain way.
Nowadays my children are adults, but they still have pets around them and ask me occasionally to do pet sitting for days or weeks of their absence.
But meanwhile our Dachshund passed away. She died at age of 13. Now our life is still enlightened by a golden retriever and a cat. These two respect each other but are no real buddies.

My retirement gives me flexibility, so that I can accept house or pet sitting from two weeks up to longer period of time. Pets will always be treated lovingly and respectfully. I can assure you to realize your pet`s needs and act accordingly.

Their experience

I am new here at this platform. But I am definetely expirienced in ensuring pets`needs. No only by feeding or cleaning a litter box. In my family, we always had cats of very different characters and dogs. Dachshounds for instance have a very strong will and character.

I am 100% reliable, take over responsibility, clean, got a lot of empathy for animals and can add to your relaxing journey. And of course, my cell phones makes daily pics of your pets possible.
