About this sitter
I retired from the corporate world in London at the end of 2024. I have dual British and South African nationalities. I am fit and healthy and love animals, travel and art. My aim in retirement is to travel and paint. I like to live in a clean and tidy home and will look after other people's homes in the same way. I do not have any time constraints so I am available for long terms sits.
Why they want to house sit
Keeping my own animals and travelling is not an option so being a temporary pet parent combines the two.

I have looked after dogs, cats and fish belonging to friends and family.
Over the years I have adopted and shared my life with a variety of rescued dogs and cats, all with their individual personalities and needs. I volunteer at a local animal sanctuary - ProLife in Nelspruit/Mbombela and when at home I foster dogs. My first foster dog was a lovely 10 year old Africanis called Paddington
What can they bring to the assignment
I will look after any home I stay in and will give priority and a lot of attention to any animals in the home.

Great experience!
Evangeline stayed with our cats for a week in October and she was very conscientious about caring for the cats and also kept our home tidy and safe. She kept in contact with us letting us know how the cats were doing and sent a few photos as well. We would certainly recommend her to anyone who needs a sitter!!
