About this sitter

Hello, my name is Sam and I am a law student looking for a home to sit. I'm looking for something in nature, very peaceful and with normal neighbors. I am aware this is what everybody says but with me it is a must as I will be preparing my exams and it is crucial that noise, and all kind of neighbor drama be kept out of the way. The ideal would be something in nature, but not totally isolated either. My family is originally from Boulder but I went to college abroad and - please keep in mind- I don't drive a car. I am an avid biker, reader, and lover of long walks in nature. My favorite movie is Heat and my favorite book is a farewell to arms, by Ernest Hemingway.
I am happily available for a background check and interviews but please, no weirdness once I am sitting house. I will do the job well but I need the peace to study as I am running a little late on the material.

I am a law student. Need peace and quiet. Educated, well brought up, but not exactly a Rockefeller at the moment.

I am very experienced with serenity and cleanliness and not bothering neighbors and taking care of dogs and cats but no, I haven't sat house before to be totally honest.

What can they bring to the assignment

Silence towards neighbors, cleanliness, and a total aversion to drama and weirdness.
