About this sitter

My name is Mary Kate and I am a 27 year old occupational therapy graduate student living in Boston. My career and part-time jobs as a nanny and cat-sitter revolve around caring for others. The family whose children I care for and my cat-sitting clients would tell you that I am responsible and truly care for their children and pets. I am a life-long cat owner and consider myself a bit of a cat whisperer! I’ve worked with kittens to 20 year old cats and have yet to meet a cat I can’t become friends with! I have been cat-sitting in Boston for about a year and have 30+ five-star reviews. I can’t have cats of my own right now due to my roommate’s allergy, but have two kitties (Harry and Mia) that live with my dad, whom I adore.

I want to house sit because I enjoy exploring new places, I’ve been to Spain, France, Italy, the UK, Morocco, and the Netherlands. I also speak Spanish and am eager to learn new languages and explore new cultures.
