I am a solo female traveller from Australia, looking for an easy-going and smart way to traverse Europe. I enjoy knitting, sewing, painting, drawing, cycling, hiking, cooking and a few other hobbies here and there. While hostel life and camping are fun, sometimes it‘s nice to settle down and kick back into more of a homely routine.

Why they want to house sit

Housesitting appears to me as the most practical, soulful, and mutually beneficial way to see new parts of the world. I love animals, and I love to cook and care for my home - the opportunity to live how I do at home, but abroad, sounds incredible.
It would be remiss not to add that the emancipation of money from this transaction is also appealing. By not paying or being paid, we can all rest assured that this trade is conducted out of a mutual trust and respect for each-others time and wishes. You get to travel stress-free with a line of communication accessible to your pets and home, and I get to enjoy the affection of a pet and amenities of a home while travelling abroad.

What can they bring to the assignment

I am reliable, clean, and respectful. In terms of what I can bring, there‘s nothing too bombastic or out-of-the-box, but I suppose that‘s more of a comfort than a hindrance when looking for someone to care for your home. I will keep your home clean and warm, your pets fed and in nice company, and your kitchen smelling of roast vegetables!
