It has been fun in the past. I house sat and dog sat many times while growing up.

I have experience. Here is a brief list: house sat for a former professor of mine who had two dogs while she travelled; house sat for a neighbor who had a dog; house sat in a row house in Washington DC for people who went out to the Cape for a vacation.

What can they bring to the assignment

I like to do what is needed and expected. I can make a house look occupied and lived in. I can feed and walk pets. I can tend to the yard and bring in mail. I can be trusted. I empathize with home owners who are away because I travel too, and leave my house empty. I can prevent accidents that could happen to the house. I can call the police if necessary.
