I am a person that is very clean, dependable, responsible, trustworthy, loyal, organized, detail-oriented, friendly, quiet, and positive. I have a BS degree in Business and a background in Music. Hobbies/Interests include long-distance walking, riding bikes, singing, playing volleyball, educating myself about nutrition and self-healing, and studying the scriptures. I believe and follow the Old and New Testament.

I am seeking a long-term house sitting opportunity. Willing to mind your house in exchange for free room and board. I do not pet sit.

I would like the opportunity to become a house sitter, because I am seeking to live rent free in exchange for taking great care of your home while you are away.

Their experience

Although I am not a professional house sitter, I have house sat for relatives and neighbors while they were away on vacation for one week. Responsibilities included taking out the trash, watering the lawn, mailing payments for bills, bringing in the mail and newspaper, turning on/off the porch light, turning on/off the alarm system, and cleaning up after myself. My relatives and neighbors were happy with how I took great care of their house.

When I used to be a caregiver for my parents for 8 years, I managed and maintained their 1,532 sq. ft. home. I performed light and deep cleaning duties throughout their home. I ran all kinds of errands for them. I paid their bills. I had a rolodex of contractors to call to repair/replace whatever was needed in their home.

What I can bring to the assignment are:
1. I will live in your house while you are away on business or on vacation.
2. Perform light house keeping.
3. Contact a building or specialty contractor to do repairs/replacement, gardening, and deep cleaning.
4. Water your lawns.
5. Take out the trash.
6. Pay your bills.
7. Run errands for you.
8. Wash and vacuum your car.
9. Other simple miscellaneous tasks.
