About this sitter

I'm reliable, responsible, and inherently clean, conscientious, and tidy. I've owned my own home, animals, and property and will respect and care for yours with your needs and preferences in mind.

I enjoy yardwork, gardening, etc and have experience with plants, and animals of all kinds. I helped build my own house and have a broad and varied skill set. I've managed projects, contractors, and large properties.

I grew up on a working cattle ranch and began helping with the work, animals, etc.. when I was quite small. I ran and managed cattle ranches in the Oklahoma panhandle for many years. I aided in the management, care, and upkeep of a hunting property. I've worked in both English and Western horse training barns, also. I have some vet experience. Horses are my love and specialty. Other animals I've experience with are cattle, cats, dogs, goats, chickens, guinea, etc... as well as less common animals including bison, turkey, quail, pheasant, raptors (rehabilitation), bunnies, etc.... Most animals seem to have an affinity for me.

I'm happy with house sits that involve pets and/or animals of all kinds yet am equally happy with a house sitting that involves only care of a house, a house and lawns/gardens etc., a house and property, or a property only (situation depending, of course); I'm capable of caring for or managing larger properties; with or without animals; and have done so much of my life.

I've house sat and pet sat (both indoor and outdoor animals); and farm, ranch, and property sat, including properties with animals - horses and cattle mostly; for friends, family, neighbors, and employers many times. I've also, now, completed two "Mind My House" sitting assignments.
