I live in Florence, Italy and am a part-time school nurse as well as a medical copy editor and proofreader- and an artist, primarily watercolors. I'm an avid gardener and love cats and birds...
Why they want to house sit
Again, I live in Florence but occasionally have friends stay which I often find to be a good time to get away elsewhere in Italy or perhaps a bit farther. A friend is coming from New York in July with her daughter so am looking to house sit for that period. But also during other times of year are highly possible.
Their experience
Yes, I have cared for a villa in Umbria with 8 cats (!), and for another house up in Monfalcone twice with 1 dogs and 2 cats- we have since become good friends
What can they bring to the assignment
I am a quiet non-smoker, clean and tidy and a love for gardening.
I have no car so having a few shops walking distance would be preferred.

A perfect house sitter
Juliette has been at my house for almost two weeks, and she has been a perfect host. my two cats were very well looked after. nothing was missing from the garden. the house is clean and tidy and she is a respectful and pleasant person to be in her company.
