Testimonials
Took good care of our home and 2 pets.
Cindy is conscientious and trustworthy. She kept in touch and sent frequent updates. The air conditioner broke while she was there and she stayed 2 days in the heat before it could be repaired despite my offering to put her up at a hotel or AirBnB. She said she didn’t want to leave the pets. Thank you Cindy and good luck in your future endeavors.

RELIABLE, RESPONSIBLE, COMMUNICATIVE
Entrusting the care of your dog and home to someone you’ve met only once via video chat requires trust and optimism that everything will be alright. I am fortunate I found peace of mind with Cindy, and I felt that she would be a great fit right from the start. My dog is more than a pet; she’s family. It’s always been important that not only her basic needs are met, but that she is showered with love and affection, and she did just that. Cindy did a wonderful job adhering to my instructions with medications and daily routines. She walked her every day and was mindful of both the air and pavement temperatures that get crazy here in Florida. She also regularly brushed her, and frankly, made that more of a routine than I do. My dog, a creature of habit, was clearly comfortable and happy in her presence, a testament to Cindy’s caring nature. I found Cindy to be responsible, warm and kind, and to have a genuine affection for animals. Three weeks is a long time to be away, and she really put me at ease about my dog and my home. She kept things clean, tidy, and was very respectful of my home and property. She was also always on top of checking my mail and making sure the trash can got put out on collection days. Prior to my leaving, she was eager to understand all my instructions and made sure to ask questions if needed. One of the most reassuring aspects with Cindy was that she was responsive to communication. She was also willing (and happy) to provide any level of communication I wanted or needed to include pictures, videos, or video chats with my dog. I enjoyed the morning updates with pictures routine that we established. She was quick to notice and inform me of any changes in my dog. In one of the updates she provided, my dog developed an irritation on her tail which she began chewing on. Because of the update, this allowed me to call my Vet to get the medication ordered, and Cindy was prompt to get it picked up and started. This helps illustrate the level of awareness and attention she gave to my girl. Prior to her leaving, she left some notes regarding wildlife she had seen around the lake, little things pertaining to the house that I might need to know, and expressions of her thanks for being able to stay here with my gentle girl, Bella Roux. If you’re looking for someone reliable, compassionate, and attentive to care for your pets and home, I highly recommend Cindy for sitting. I would certainly welcome her back to care for my favorite girl!
