I'm a responsible, respectful, and resourceful professional with a strong sense of integrity and care. I just graduated UCSB in the fall of 2024 with a degree in Environmental Studies. Currently, I work at the City of SB with an hourly position, which allows me to dedicate time and attention to the homes and pets I look after. I have extensive experience caring for both animals (cats and dogs) and homes, and I treat each sit with the same attention and reliability as I would my own property.

I'm seeking house sits that are peaceful, well-maintained, and which can include caring for pets—especially dogs or cats. I value clear communication, mutual respect, and being entrusted with a space where I can contribute positively and enjoy my hobbies while providing peace of mind to the homeowner. Whether it’s a cozy apartment or a larger home, I’m drawn to clean, comfortable spaces where I can work productively and give your pets the affection and structure they’re used to.

Why they want to house sit

I want to house sit because it allows me to combine several things which I value deeply: caring for animals, experiencing new environments, and helping others feel at ease while they’re away. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your home and pets, and I take that responsibility very seriously. House sitting gives me the opportunity to provide peace of mind to homeowners while enjoying a change of scenery and maintaining a calm, grounded lifestyle.

Their experience

Yes, I do have experience. I've looked after my parents’ home for extended periods while they were away for months at a time. During those stays, I was responsible for maintaining the house and caring for our pets—three cats and two dogs. This included daily feeding, walks, playtime, cleaning, and administering basic medications when needed. It gave me a strong understanding of what’s required to keep both a home and pets safe, clean (of fur), and happy while the owners are away.

I'm clean, respectful of personal space, and proactive in addressing any issues that may arise.
