Hi, I’m Jonna, I’m 35 and I work as a pet & house sitter in London. I’m new on this platform, but I’m definitely not new to pet sitting. As I mention, I work as a professional pet sitter, caring for pets and homes while living on my narrowboat on the River Lea in East London.

I’m a calm and reliable person who really enjoys spending time with animals. I enjoy living like a local, getting a feel for everyday life in a new place.

For a house sit, I’m looking for somewhere I can settle in and experience the area in a simple, local way, while taking good care of the pets and the home. I enjoy building trust with animals and making sure they feel safe and happy while their owner is away.

I truly love being around animals, they bring so much joy and calm into my life. Pet and house sitting allows me to care for pets in the place they feel safest: their own home, while also getting to experience new places in a more meaningful way. I love living like a local, exploring neighbourhoods properly and becoming part of the everyday rhythm of a place rather than just passing through.

Yes, I have several years of experience with pet and house sitting. While I have mostly taken care of cats, I also have some experience with dogs. I’ve looked after many different cats, including kittens, older cats, and those who need medication or extra care.

I’m comfortable following routines, giving medication if needed, and understanding different personalities, whether they are very social or need more space.
