Student veterinary medicine and all round animal lover

About this sitter

My name is Rosa, I'm a 25 year old and I'm in my sixth year of university, studying veterinary medicine in the Netherlands. I grew up with all kinds of animals (dogs, pet rats, guinea pigs and a cat) and I also work with horses and have lived on a farm with cows. I guess I just really, really like animals.

Coming October I will move to Barcelona for a gap year in which I will follow a tap dance program at Luthier Dansa. I'm currently looking for a place to stay for three months, from October until January, together with a friend of mine.

Why they want to house sit

I love to share my space with animals, and I think house sitting is a great way to find a nice place to live in exchange for responsible and good care for your pets.

Their experience

Yes, I've done house sitting before, but never via this website. Once for a month in a house with a dog, once for a month in a house with two cats, once for a week in a house with one cat and multiple times in a house with 10 horses.
All of them where a success, even though one of the cats was elderly and needed medicine three times a day.

What can they bring to the assignment

I really like animals, and have a lot of experience in taking care of them. I also have my knowledge and skills from 6 years of veterinary medicine study.
And maybe needless to say, but of course I will take good care of the house itself as well.
