Hello!  My name is Teresa, I am Australian, 51, an artist based in Barcelona. I love hanging out with animals (especially cats), taking care of plants, and I deeply appreciate nature and art. I like to learn about new cultures, to walk in nature, make art, meditate, study online and work on my personal projects. In summer I love to be near water.

Why they want to house sit

I have been travelling a lot these years and not able to take a pet into my home. For this reason its really lovely to spend time with animals - less words, more feeling, As well I like to discover new places, it brings new thoughts.

Their experience

I have done many housesits for people and over the years and have a profile with references on an Australian site I can refer you to. I have grown up with animals and have had experience with cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, more cats, and plants both indoor and outdoor (lifetime learning!) I am a softie for cuddles, open to animal bed friends and I take the responsibility of animal care very seriously as they are family and they depend on us humans!
 As well I work as a personal assistant in Barcelona, one part of the job being responsibility for a lovely apartment with a garden that is maintained to very high standards.

What can they bring to the assignment

As well as loving animals and discovering new places, I have a high level of cleanliness and aesthetics in regards to homes and I always leave places as I find them or better. I respect that trust is placed in me and that genuine connections can be formed in this way. Communication is important for me, I can send photo or video updates as you need.
