Edward was a really engaged cat sitter
Edward was a really engaged cat sitter. He sent photos and notes that made it clear that he was playing with Chandler and generally paying attention. Eddie checked in regularly -- just the right balance between independence and staying connected. Our house was in perfect shape when we returned. We would happily invite Eddie back any time.

Completely satisfied
I have a pet named doodle. He is my world and leaving him with a sitter without any experience between the two of us I left and gave Ed the benefit of the doubt he did not disappoint, but it was hard to be away from my pet child every day I got pictures and notices and information about what was happening with him Sometimes a lot, and it was hard to see him, but I know it was well intended. He continually wished me a good time, and I truly felt like he wanted me to enjoy my vacation and not worry about my doodle. I worried anyway, and came home to a perfect environment, clean as when I left my puppy was happy as can Beand I was completely satisfied with Eddy. I would recommend him to anybody and welcome him back to my home anytime

Our dog LOVES him
This is the second time that he’s sat for us and he’s really great. Our dog LOVES him and since he’s from Boston (where we live) he’s even taken our Leia to go play with his family dog which she really enjoys. He’s super clean and a great communicator and takes wonderful care of our girl.

Eddie is a great sitter! He’s so good that this was our second sit together. Eddie is a good communicator and easy to coordinate with. My pets were happy and well cared for when I returned, and my home was exactly as I left it. I highly recommend Eddie as a sitter.

Eddie was fantastic
Eddie was fantastic. Couldn't have been happier. Checked in with us daily to let us know how it was going. When we arrived home, we couldn't even tell he'd been here. He even washed the bed linen and made the bed for us. Would definitely use him again. 5 stars for sure.

10/10 would recommend Eddie! I enjoyed having him care for Penny while I was gone. He communicated daily with me. He sent an update, photo and video of Penny like I asked every day. Every update sounded like he and Penny were having a fabulous time, which made me feel at ease. Eddie also took very good of my home while I was gone and I came back to a spotless place! I’m looking forward to having him come sit for me again soon!

Amazing dog sitter
Edward was an amazing dog sitter! He was extremely communicative and responsible and sent plenty of photos and videos. I could tell my dog really liked being in his company, since in every video she was super happy and loving his attention. I’d definitely have him sit for me again!

Eddie was great
Eddie was great! He was on time, clean, very communicative, and most importantly took the best care of Bentley! He sent me video and photo update updates of Bentley every day to keep me updated and check in! I was at peace of mind the entire time I was away, knowing my dog was in the best care and being well taken care of. When I returned to my house, everything was just as I left it, very clean, and Bentley was very happy. Would definitely recommend Eddie!!

We cannot recommend him highly enough
Eddie is an absolute DREAM pet/housesitter. We have two pretty needy pets- an elderly cat who needs multiple twice-daily medications, and a high-energy dog who needs a lot of attention and time outside. Eddie took excellent care of both of them, following all of our instructions to a tee. He watered our many plants and left our apartment even cleaner than he found it. And he's incredibly kind, communicative, and friendly! We absolutely LOVED having Eddie housesit for us, and we would have him back anytime. We cannot recommend him highly enough!!!!

Problem with a parking ticket
Eddie received a $514 ticket with our car for parking illegally, blocking a disabled access ramp at a popular swimming spot in Austin on a busy summer Saturday. He asked me to lie to a judge by claiming he was having an emergency, but video evidence showed he was there for over two hours. To help resolve the issue, I said that I would hold the $514 as collateral as we try to reduce the fine, and as it gets reduced, I would send back the difference. This would have demonstrated his integrity, and I would then be working for him to get his fine down as much as possible. He pretended to be okay with this plan but never sent the money. So then, for his benefit, I consulted an attorney and the county clerk, took a plea of No Contest as the vehicle owner, and accepted a sentence and a reduced fine of $255. Despite this effort, Eddie still refused to pay. Instead, he insisted I take time off work to appear in court to request a dismissal based on the false emergency excuse. This was not an option. After over two weeks of this fine and ticket lingering over our vehicle in our name, I told Eddie that if he just took responsibility and paid the fine, I would leave this information out of his review. He took this as a threat. Anyone that feels that an honest description of their conduct would be threatening is not someone to put in charge of your pet or your home. I recommend going with someone else. If you’d like more information about this or other serious issues I chose not to include in this review, please contact me. And Eddie, we’ve been very patient with you. It’s been almost three weeks since you told us: “Essentially y’all would just be doing me a favor to reduce my fee from $250 to ideally $100 or less. which isn’t necessary” and “Regardless, my fault, and any help you can provide is much appreciated but not necessary. And obviously I will cover the max fine of $250” before ultimately refusing to take responsibility. Next time, just do the right thing.

Conscientious
Eddie showed a great deal of interest in Georgie, and from the first time we spoke remained committed to the three week sit. He diligently followed our instructions for care (for a very picky little dog taking some medication), and sent photos and videos in which she seemed calm and happy. Our condo was spotless when we returned, and Eddie was conscientious, leaving everything exactly as he found it. Georgie was happy and energetic when we returned, which is all we could ask for.

Incredibly attentive
We had the pleasure of having Eddie house sit and pet sit for us during a long weekend while we were away on vacation, and I couldn't be more thrilled with him.
