About this sitter

We are a traveling family of five—my husband and I, plus our three children (ages 9, 5, and 2). We homeschool and work remotely, so we are home often and able to give pets plenty of attention, love, and care throughout the day.

We are looking for housesits where we can care for pets we connect with, explore new areas at a relaxed pace, and provide peace of mind to homeowners knowing their pets are loved and their homes are in safe hands.

Why they want to house sit

We want to travel and see the world in a more genuine and real way. Living in places instead of being tourists. We’re using the entire world as our classroom and we believe there’s at least as much to be learned from living in different places as from monuments and big sites.

Their experience

Yes. I’ve been house sitting for 20 years and also caring for my own pets (cats, Great Danes, chickens) throughout that time. I have only 5-star reviews on Trusted Housesitters and I’m looking for more opportunities.
I bring my children into animal care and let the animals help with teaching. My oldest and I have volunteered by cleaning horse stalls. We ride horses. We’ve raised chickens multiple times with no losses. We’ve also lived with an aging parent with dementia for full time care as a family. We know how to gently and consistently care for a variety of needs.
