55 yr old professional working single, mature outlook on life having experienced many things and careers. I've been working as a part-time House Manager for a HMO company for 4 years (I also have a full-time job and work from home) and now looking to move to try some house sitting arrangements.

Why they want to house sit

An opportunity to expand upon my existing experience and skill set, to connect with new people and places and expand my horizons, because I enjoy being responsible and it comes naturally to me and it will hopefully fulfil accommodation needs before settling with a more permanent arrangement.

Their experience

I've been a live-in House Manager for Really Lovely Rooms (up to date Director reference can be provided) for almost 4 years. My duties include full cleans of the property, tenant management (ensuring observation of T&C's, check in and check out, room cleaning) as well as liaison with maintenance.

What can they bring to the assignment

Maturity, responsibility, exceptional cleanliness, commitment to fulfil the brief, commensurate references from employers and previous tenants if required. Have also previously obtained DBS certificate (this will be updated) and CTC (Counter Terrorism Clearance).
