Hi there! I'm Liz.

I'm a 44-year-old empty-nester, writer, and solopreneur with a flexible lifestyle, a deep love of animals and plants, and a soft spot for peaceful, cared-for spaces.

I'm one of those people who genuinely enjoys bringing a little extra care and calm to a space - essentially a "leave no trace" type, with a dollop of sparkle and shine.

Animals often warm to me quickly. I approach them gently and intuitively - with lots of affection, and respect for their boundaries too :)

Whether it’s tending to the plants, offering gentle pet care, or staying observant of the home and neighborhood, I bring a mindful, detail-oriented presence while honoring the privacy and energy of a space.

I'm interested in peaceful environments where I can read, reflect, and focus on my writing and web work.

Clear communication, mutual respect, and a bit of nature nearby are always appreciated! I enjoy both short- and long-term sits, and I love the inspiration that comes from exploring new places - it’s great fuel for my creative projects.

I’ve sat for friends, family, and beyond many times over the years. I am always pleased to share my references upon request. I've also taken care of animals for my entire life. Caregiving comes naturally to me.

I'm experienced in administering medication, handling specialized feeding routines, and I even have some experience administering CPR for both animals and humans. (Let’s hope we never need it! It might just help a bit to know I’ve got you covered in this way too.)
