Hello! My name is Ceci, and I'm a remote worker that enjoys the balance of caring for animals and homes as I work. I am currently focusing on house sits within Canada, with a preference for the west coast.

I live a quiet lifestyle and keep most days to myself, by caring for the space I'm living in, alongside cooking and writing. I'd say my specialty is caring for the land, such as garden spaces, house plants, or rural space.

I take value and hold gratitude to care for pets and physical spaces in exchange for accommodation. I also find house sitting is a beautiful way to get to know a region.

Yes! I have years of experience as a pet and house sitter, doula, and as a farmer. *written references available on request.

- I hold experience caring for friends homes while pet sitting. I have mostly cared for dogs and cats, and am open to caring for other animals too.
- I have a naturally green thumb, plants thrive in my care. I worked as a vegetable farmer in the past, and now enjoy gardening when the opportunity arises.
- I have previous experience as a doula, where I would clean, organize, & provide varying forms of care for my clients and their homes.
- I am used to living out of remote and nature-based regions, after 6 seasons of work in Northern BC.
- I have held a Canadian drivers license for over 12 years.

What can they bring to the assignment

Alongside my experiences, communication is a strong suit of mine. I am comfortable moving through pre-communicated and mutually agreed upon conditions for a sit. If there are points of uncertainty, I will be sure to bring them up, and trust that you will as well. I am open to maintaining contact throughout the sit at a frequency that feels supportive for you.
