I enjoy exploring this wonderful country and find house sits offer a residential perspective. As someone who is seeking relocation, this serves me and the client very very well.

I'm very experienced in many matters. Life has delivered me a host of adventures, tribulations and rewards; parenting, home owning. business owner, non-profit founder, pet owner, extensive travel. etc. I'm beyond having knowledge, I am wise and recognize true value is heart based.

I bring a level of mindfulness, care and consideration that is over the top. MY communication is clear and daily if that is what suits you. It's like having your mother (assuming your mom is the best) caring for your grandkids. Trust and ease will allow you to leave your home and enjoy your travels with confidence.

We had a wonderful experience having Alice Billman house and dog sit for us for 9 days in April of 2024. Alice is a responsible, organized and caring individual who took great care of our dog, Kyle and our home. She has great attention to detail and has much experience with home ownership and caring for pets. While we were away, she communicated with us frequently, keeping us updated on Kyle and our home. Kyle is now an older dog and it was a relief to have someone who is very knowledgeable about senior dogs care for him. Kyle was relaxed and at ease upon our return which is a firm statement to us that he was well taken care of! Alice also took great care of our house and it was well maintained and extremely clean upon our return. We highly recommend her as a house sitter and would love to have her house sit for us again in the future!

Thanks Alice!
Alice enabled my husband and I to take a 10 day vacation to Mexico, caring for our dog, cat, 7 chickens, home, as well as running our busy Airbnb business! Alice flew from her home in Miami to ours in San Diego, arriving the night before we were to leave. After a very fast crash course in the house routine and setting her up to run the Airbnb business, she dropped us at the airport. This very energetic lady didn’t miss a beat! When the Airbnb app didn’t work as expected, she improvised to keep communication running smoothly. Our guests during that time left glowing reviews, as she was friendly and personable to all of them. Our precious pets received great care and an unexpected 7 day visit from our son-in-law and 5 year old grandson was met with grace and caring when they needed temporary emergency housing. She even stepped in as a surrogate grandma to our grandson, playing with him and having him help her with a chicken egg hunt! Alice kept in touch as much as possible, with our cell phone service being sketchy at times. She was able to keep all the balls of our busy home in the air with grace and without losing her cool. We are very grateful to Alice and will not hesitate to contact her next time! Thanks Alice!

A Wonderful House Sitter!
Alice is one of the best house sitters I have ever had, and I've had many. Her communication about my animals was excellent. She is thoughtful and left my house sparkling, even better then how I left it for her. She even left me beautiful flowers. She has great energy and is a true animal lover. All The Extra Touches
Alice was is GREAT. Not only did she provide loving care for my cat, she sent me daily messages with photos and videos to stay in touch. I had a couple of small issues at my house and she contacted the property manager and managed the repairs. I returned home to fresh cut red roses, a gift, little "love notes", dark chocolate gelato, and a clean house. Alice was very caring and professional. She even took my senior kitty to the vet to have him checked because she was concerned about his health. And, she speaks Spanish fluently! I can highly recommend Alice Billman for any house sitting and pet care assignments. I was able to relax and enjoy my 3 weeks away from home because Alice is so caring.

The most AMAZING rock star house/pet/cat/chicken/red dragonfly sitter EVER
Alice recently stayed at our home. I CAN NOT say enough great things about her. Honestly, where do I start? She left our house immaculate. In fact, she even organized my tupperware and linen closet. She cleaned my oven. I could go on and on. Most importantly, Alice took excellent care of our three kitties, twelve chickens, numerous gardens and two outdoor fish ponds. She arrived in Austin the day before we left and I knew immediately that I trusted her 100%. She stayed in touch with me while we were gone and I was able to enjoy our time away with zero worries. Alice...COME BACK...please!!
