About this sitter

We are Tim Stryker & Cheri Deblasis. We live together in partnership as a TEAM. So, we house sit/pet sit as a team. WHY? because we both have crucial skills needed and cover the bases together, as a loving couple working in partnership. Tim is strong and competent. He is a carpenter by trade and also an insurance agent. Tum is a trained home inspector with years of experience with all animals. He trains, grooms and cares for our pets. We are empty-nester parents, who love the freedom to house sit. Cheri loves yoga and long walks. She is a trained acupuncturist and current serves Special Needs adults with their health insurance as a remote insurance agent.

Why they want to house sit

Tim & Cheri love the ability to help out - and the house/pet sitting assignments allow us to do so with a flair of adventure. We have amazing problem-solving skills. Together, we do /have: trained animals, have been pet owners of dog-kids/cat-kids and even exotics/life-long pet owners/property owners/world travelers. We are experienced, caring, professional and competent adults.

What can they bring to the assignment

We have collectively owned seven homes, managed and cared for several more. WE are remote business professionals with flexibility in our schedule to do what we love best: help care for house and home and pets. We are: trained in home inspections/general contracting; medical background in acupuncture and caring for the needy in the community clinic; skilled insurance agents; horticulture training on a tree farm and lifelong gardening. We love pets. We love homes. We care about doing a great job.
