Professional gal, in my late 50's; HUUGE animal lover!

About this sitter

Hello! I am a single lady, in my 50's. I live in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. I run my own errands and house / pet sitting business. I do not smoke and only periodically enjoy a drink. I used to work as a data clerk for cardiac surgery, for 17 years. In 2018, I decided to work for myself and start my own small business. I have never looked back and absolutely love what I do!

What would I look for in a house sit?! A house sit where I can feel safe as a single woman, site see, and spend time with your fur babies, almost anywhere in the world, to be honest, would be magical : ) A vehicle to get around, is not necessary but would be very helpful. I have a friend who may be able to join me on certain house sits, depending on the time of year, so if you are open to allowing me to bring a friend along (who is also an animal lover, is a non-smoker, and is extremely respectful), that would be amazing as well. A home that is not too far away from the closest town or city would be convenient and wonderful.

In 2024, I traveled to Ireland. In October / November of 2025, my friend and I spent 3 weeks enjoying the varied experiences of beautiful India! And in February of 2026, we traveled to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam! Absolutely amazing travels!! I LOVE different cultures! Though it has been many years now, I have also visited Japan, bits of China, Greece, Hawaii, Mexico, and the USA. Someday, I would like to return to those beautiful countries but, these days, I think I'd prefer to get to some other countries where I haven't been yet. I would love to get to Turkey, Africa, France, Germany, Italy, and many many more! Also, being able to travel to other provinces of Canada, like Quebec, PEI, or Newfoundland Labrador would also be a dream : )

Why they want to house sit

Two of my biggest loves in my life are animals and travel! I'm absolutely giddy that a combination of the 2 is possible and I would be ecstatic for the opportunity : )

Here, at home in Canada (Surrey, British Columbia), I run my own business. It's called, Time Rescue Errands. I run errands, offer companionship to seniors and, best of all, I house sit and pet sit. Yes, it's true, it's my business and I love it! I have been house / pet sitting professionally for a number of years : )

Because I am respectful of peoples homes, you can travel rest assured that your house is being properly cared for and knowing that your pets are safe and are being loved like my own! I used to have a Siberian Husky who lived for 10 years until she passed of cancer. She was my heart and soul. That was several years back and I still miss her. Caring for your fur kids gives me my much needed pet time and you the ability to travel worrying, just a little, less about them : )
