Professional gal, in my late 50's; HUUGE animal lover!

About this sitter

Hello! I am a single lady, in my 50's. I live in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. I run my own errands and house / pet sitting business. I do not smoke and only periodically enjoy a drink. I used to work as a data clerk for cardiac surgery, for 17 years. 7 years ago, I decided to work for myself and start my own small business. I have never looked back and absolutely love what I do! What would I look for in a house sit?! A house sit where I can feel safe, as a single woman, site see and spend time with your fur babies, almost anywhere in the world, to be honest, would be magical : ) A vehicle to get around, is not necessary but would be helpful. Though I am single, I have a friend who may be able to join me on certain house sits, depending on the time of year, so if you are open to allowing me to bring a friend along (who is also non-smoking and extremely respectful), that would be amazing as well. A home that is not too far away from the closest town or city would be also wonderful. Last year, I traveled to Ireland and this October, I'm traveling to India! Though it has been some time now, I have also been to Japan, a little bit of China, Greece, Hawaii, Mexico, and the USA. I would love to return to those beautiful countries. Other countries where I have never been but would LOVE to go to are Turkey, Africa, Morocco, France, Costa Rica, Germany, Vietnam, Nicaragua, and many many more! Also, being able to travel to other provinces of Canada, like Quebec, PEI, or Labrador would also be a dream : )

Two of my biggest loves in my life are animals and travel! I'm absolutely giddy that a combination of the 2 is possible and I would be ecstatic for the opportunity : )

I used to have a Siberian Husky who lived for 10 years until she passed of cancer. She was my heart and soul. That was several years back and I still miss her. Caring for your fur kids gives me my much needed pet time and you, the ability to travel without worrying like crazy about them : )
