About this sitter

My name is Sarah-Lou, and I work remotely in marketing and sales. I spent two years living in England (one year in Sheffield and one in London), and it truly feels like a second home to me. I am a friendly, calm, and reliable person who enjoys quiet environments, which makes house sitting the perfect fit. Ideally, I am looking for a sit where I can combine caring for pets with a peaceful space to work remotely.

Why they want to house sit

I grew up surrounded by animals—dogs and cats were always part of our family life—and my family still has a wonderful dog called Molly, who I adore. Unfortunately, in my current flat I can’t keep pets, and I really miss that daily companionship. House sitting gives me the chance to spend time with animals again, while also offering homeowners peace of mind that their pets and house are cared for with love and attention.

Their experience

I am new to house and pet sitting for people I don’t know personally, but I do have experience looking after pets for friends, including feeding, walking, and keeping them company. Combined with growing up with dogs and cats at home, I feel very comfortable around animals and confident in caring for them. I understand how important it is to follow routines and give them both affection and stability.

What can they bring to the assignment

I bring a mix of responsibility, warmth, and genuine love for animals. Because I work remotely, I will be at home for most of the day to give your pets plenty of company, cuddles, and care. I’m a naturally tidy and organised person, so your home will be well looked after too. I’m also a good communicator and happy to send updates and photos so you can relax while you’re away. Most importantly, I’ll treat your pets with the same affection and respect I give to my family’s dog Molly.
