Responsible, Reliable, Great House/pet sitter
I am grateful that Lance was available to care for my home, plants, and 5 chickens for a month. He is a former business owner, so was easy for me to check references. He kept in great contact and is a home-owner himself, so knows how to keep a home cared for. What surprised me was how meticulous he was in everything that he did. My house has never been cleaner, the chickens are completely spoiled, and coop/run kept perfect. I marked "good in the garden" because of asking Lance to tidy up after my free-range chickens should they make a mess in the yard. I highly recommend Lance as a house and pet sitter. Lance also maintained a jacuzzi in perfect order balancing the chemicals needed. He was very respectful of my personal space and belongings in the home. I feel very fortunate to have had him help me and it made my time away that much more enjoyable.
