About this sitter
We are recently both retired. My husband was a home remodeler and I was an art teacher. We have a "very particular set of skills" that translates well into house and pet sitting. Our pets over the years included horses, cats, chickens, and of course dogs! We really appreciate a comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. We love hiking and just being outdoors.
Why they want to house sit
We have a fondness for animals and community. We want to travel the world, but are on a limited budget as we have rented out our home in Illinois for 2 years.
Their experience
We are new to professional pet/house sitting, but have experience taking care of friends' properties and animlas.
What can they bring to the assignment
We both are experienced home owners and pet lovers. We have a great attention to detail, know general home maintenance, know how to raise and care for many animals. I speak a bit of French, my husband speaks a bit of Spanish.
