Hi, I’m Dena. I’ve spent years building a life rooted in care, credentials, and clarity—and now I’m ready to explore the world, experience new cultures, and see where I might eventually purchase property internationally.

I’m not new to house sitting. I’ve cared for luxury homes, quirky cottages, and everything in between. I’ve looked after dogs, cats, parrots, chickens, fish—you name it. I’ve even completed animal first aid and CPR courses, because I believe animals deserve the same level of care and respect as children.

I travel with Oreo, my certified service dog. She’s small, gentle, and loves all animals—even cats. Her presence is quiet, intuitive, and part of my rhythm. If that’s a concern, I understand and honor your boundaries.

Why they want to house sit

I'm open to exploring the world...is there a better way to find adventure than to help others by allowing them to have some of their own space and time while their fur babies and home are well taken care of? Not that I know of....Its an opportunity to travel and meet new people and see new places. Hopefully find a place to purchase property at some point.

Yes, I received my first assignment when I was offered a 4 month position in Hawaii to take care of a lovely home, chickens, coi fish, and a brilliant little African Grey!
