I grew in the company of a variety of animals and with tremendous good fortune found myself segueing into caring for homes and pets part-time during university, years later moving into exchange-sitting-while-traveling beginning in an era preceding current busy platforms.

Throughout these many years I've cared for an array of residences - from luxury to country/farm homes to apartments and everything in between - and am genuinely at ease and equally as mindful with all. Within those experiences I've been the minder for a myriad of dogs and cats, as well as birds, fish, reptiles, chickens, horses, goats, rabbits, just about any non-human you can think of - I adore them all and look forward to providing all the love and attention your beloved four/two/three-legged family members could possibly manage. I've also volunteered intermittently over the years with animal shelters and rescues - walking/socializing dogs, socializing cats, and fundraising and such. And, should anyone need a little extra care, I'm very comfortable with, and versed in, administering meds - orally, topically, as well as subcutaneously.

Why they want to house sit

I can't seem to get enough of the new and unfamiliar and am ceaselessly looking to expand travel and life experiences, having pets at home to care for, cuddle with, and share time with while I'm on the move always makes for much better living, a feeling of being grounded while in motion. Being able to provide homeowners with a sense of ease and peace of mind knowing all are being well-cared for while they're away from home has always brought great satisfaction to the experience.

I've done a lot of traveling, domestically and abroad, and have found that staying as a temporary local makes for a far more interesting and immersive escapade, and being in a place that is devoid of pets feels a bit boring and lifeless, to be honest!
