About this sitter

We are a responsible, tidy and calm couple who work remotely and spend most of our time at home. We enjoy a quiet lifestyle, love animals, and treat every place we stay in with care and respect.

We are looking for house sitting opportunities where we can take care of a home and pets as if they were our own. For us, it’s important to create a safe, clean and stress-free environment for both the owners and their animals.

Why they want to house sit

We love traveling, but we prefer a slower and more meaningful way to experience new places. House sitting gives us the opportunity to live like locals while also spending time with animals, which we truly enjoy.

Since we don’t currently have pets of our own, this is also a wonderful way for us to share our care and affection with animals.

Their experience

While we are new to formal house sitting, we do have experience caring for animals in everyday life. We both grew up around pets and farm animals — including cats, dogs, chickens and other animals — and understand the responsibility that comes with taking care of them.

We have also helped family members with their pets, including regularly looking after two cats when visiting. In addition, we have stayed in homes with pets during our travels and are comfortable being around animals and respecting their routines.

What can they bring to the assignment

We bring reliability, consistency and genuine care. Because we work remotely, we are at home most of the time and can give pets plenty of attention, companionship and supervision.

We are clean, organized, non-smokers and very respectful of other people’s homes. You can expect regular updates, clear communication and peace of mind knowing your home and pets are in safe hands.
