I have many years of house minding experience. In some places I have remodeled and improved the house that I have cared for. Last year, at my current location, I upgraded the rain harvesting system.
What can they bring to the assignment
I care for animals, plants, a rain harvesting system, solar power, plumbing, and electricity. I do not smoke or drink. I have several university degrees. I am very handy with tools and repairs. I speak Spanish. I have been housesitting for many years. In my different house sits, I am in constant communication through voice, photos and text Messages with you, letting you know what is happening in the neighborhood, with the house and with us. Excellent House and Pet sitting.
My husband and I had to make a trip and we use for a first time this platform requesting house and Pet sitting. We have three inside cats and two outdoors. They were perfectly taken care as well of our home, Andrew and María were excellent with them, the house was cleaner than ever. They keep us informed how things were and letting us know if something was needed for the cats and house. Fully recommend Andrew and Maria.

Friendly and Reliable
Andrew and Kathy were wonderful taking care of our two small dogs for a week. Our dogs were happy and the place was cleaner than when we left it when we returned. Would definitely recommend them, thanks!
