I have many years of house minding experience. In some places I have remodeled and improved the house that I have cared for. Last year, at my current location, I upgraded the rain harvesting system.
What can they bring to the assignment
We are Andrew, Jazmin & 6-year-old Angel. There would be three of us caring for your home. We are currently caring for a small ranch near Patzcuaro, in Michoacán. In this place we are caring for animals, plants, a rain harvesting system and solar power. We do not smoke or drink. I have several university degrees. I am very handy with tools and repairs. We will be arriving in my Ford Explorer. We speak Spanish and I have Mexican residency. I have been housesitting for several years. In my different house sits, I am in constant communication through voice, photos and text Messages with you, letting you know what is happening in the neighborhood, with the house and with us. Excellent House and Pet sitting.

Friendly and Reliable
