Why they want to house sit
I am a content creator (Yo*T*be), independent, and a responsible single person. I don't smoke or drink, and would describe myself as an ambivert. I feel I'd be the perfect candidate to mind your pets, house, and/or house grounds in your absence.

I recently relocated from the San Francisco Bay Area and would love to care for your home/pets. I am extremely experienced at caring for pets (with 2 years pet sitting on R*v*r), although, I am a newbie at house-sitting.
