Simple, Disciplined, responsible adult physician who can fulfill most household needs tasks. Have practical triage skills. I have owned the same home for over 40 years and have taken on heating plumbing electrical and Firewood and survival tasks. I’ve managed the household during extreme heat and forest fires and have had multiple animals in my lifetime and have always been able to successfully navigate all challenges. I am comfortable with home management and triaging pet and animal care. I’ve been a licensed physician for over 44 years and have good references. I’m happy to bring my daughter with me. We both have a science and art background and will respect and care for your home

Why they want to house sit

We I are interested in housesitting as a way to continue to support people on their journey as well as support us on our journey. In the summer of 2025 My daughter and I did a house sit , pet care with two cats, with special needs, and dietary observances, . We administered medications at regular intervals and groomed the long hair cats and. Spent play time.
We maintained and laundered items in the household as well as appliances affected by by fur.., emptied litter boxes and disposed of detritus in the correct fashion . It’s important to be respectful of people‘s culture and mindful of their personal spaces and gets us to become more familiar with the culture by being truly in someone’s home, I have traveled to 40 different countries. Speak a small amount of six or seven languages and I’m happy to get to know more people and their nuances of their home

Their experience

As a homeowner for 44 years, I consider myself quite experienced at most domestic and domicile related issues. In my own household, I have dealt with water and plumbing , electrical , functional issues and understand when it is time to call a professional.. As a parent in homeowner and long-term traveler, I generally know and understand as a physician how to obtain information for any concern that might happen as far as general maintenance. I think that daily maintenance is always more effective to understand what is going on with any particular household I am highly observant and slightly hypervigilant so I’m sure I’ll take great care of your house

What can they bring to the assignment

I am a licensed medical physician. I’ve had at least 6 to 7 pets in my lifetime cats and dogs being the primary. I also bring my great skill of observation. I’m an excellent cleaner and prefer to live in a clean space so I’d be happy to do the cleaning and maintenance and return your house the way that you left it it would be grateful to meet you and have some exchange ahead of time.
