About this sitter

I'm a mature (non judgemental) Christian who has lived all over the country and maintains a degree from New York University, many years in the business world (i.e. Verizon Staff Manager, etc), and have been bonded with many employers.

I can easily pass a background check if needed. I maintain a California Driver's License (although I don't own a vehicle) and have an excellent driving record.

I'm very dependable, clean and would treat your home and critters like my own (ensuring everything is kept in excellent condition).

I'm an avid walker (doggies will love that), enjoy puttering around in the yard, and being in the outdoors as a rule.

Don't smoke, rarely drink (beer or glass of wine on occasion) and pretty much keep to myself; will protect your privacy and security.

As I am familiar with most major cities, born/raised in SF Bay Area, resident of Los Angeles and New York for decades, owned a condo in South Florida (96-02), can easily move about as I have no obligations or restrictions.

Why they want to house sit

I'm a Writer as mentioned and although I have a secure income, enjoy the flexibility house sitting affords me. I maintain a storage area in Los Angeles where I can access and store most of my personal items, so I'd need to bring little but basics with me.

Their experience

Yes. I've house sat on occasion for friends many times in the past but this is my first experience attempting to do it professionally... figured if I could travel about while saving money, why not?! Besides I love the critters and don't have any (I'll try my hardest not to spoil them with treats but it'll take all my strength!)

What can they bring to the assignment

As noted, I'm quiet, respectful and, as a Christian, will assist in any reasonable manner to ensure you are not stressed about your home, pets, property or security. I bring maturity and hospitality---just give me an opportunity to assist you so you can truly relax and enjoy your vacation, business trip or general running about on this beautiful planet we inhabit.
