About this sitter

I am a newly retired very young at heart 63 year old. Originally from England living in the US for 25 years. I have traveled extensively and love continuing to explore this amazing world of ours. I had the most wonderful pup for 14 years, we did everything together. She passed away last year and I have been channeling my love into the pets of others since then. Spent most of 2024 pet and house sitting all over the world and just love it!

Why they want to house sit

It's the most wonderful experience. Of course the pets are the best part but then learning a new place, a new culture if overseas, living like a local for the time you are there, making new friends and oh did I mention the pets?! And how wonderful it is to love and be loved by them as if they were your own for the time you are with them.

Their experience

Yes. I have been pet sitting in Portugal, Cyprus, Mexico and currently am in Australia. Ranging from 2 to 9 week assignments and with mixtures of dogs and cats.

What can they bring to the assignment

My friends call me the pet whisperer as I connect so easily with animals. I guarantee I will love your pets like my own. And will make sure they have the best time while you are away doing whatever they enjoy the most. Long walks, playtime, snuggles and lots of belly rubs! I am very capable of dealing with any kind of emergency, have a natural fix it nature and don't panic when the unexpected happens. I have lived and worked in many different countries and have grown accustomed to figuring things out wherever I am! I am naturally outgoing so tend to make friends easily with neighbors etc.
