Since retiring in 2020, I started doing the things I love: caring for animals, nurturing plants, and exploring new places through travel.

I'm a reliable, animal-loving, plant-enthusiastic house sitter who treats every home and pet as if they were my own. With a genuine passion for creating calm, happy environments, I love long walks with dogs, playtime with cats, feeding and watering gardens, and keeping everything tidy and well-cared-for while owners are away.

I'm excited to house-sit in beautiful locations I'd love to experience—whether that's a coastal town, a mountain retreat, a vibrant city, or a peaceful countryside spot. My flexible schedule allows me to stay for short or extended sits, and I'm happy to care for any number of pets, plants, or even light household tasks.

I’m a genuine animal lover with years of experience caring for pets of all kinds. I’d be thrilled to stay in your home while you’re away, giving your animals the attentive, in-home care they deserve in their familiar environment.

Their experience

I have years of hands-on experience fostering cats, kittens, and dogs of all ages, I've cared for and house-sat for a huge range of animals: chickens, guinea fowl, tortoises, snakes, fish, birds, and every kind of rodent you can imagine!
I previously volunteered at animal shelters, where I received training to help make dogs more adoptable through positive reinforcement and basic obedience work. I've personally owned and trained six dogs myself (and trained right alongside them!), so I know how to keep pups well-behaved, happy, and mentally stimulated.
While I'm not a certified professional trainer, I'll happily work with your dogs on manners, routines, and enrichment to maintain good behavior while you're away. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, feeding, medication, or overnight stays in your home, I treat every animal with patience, affection, and respect.

Hello! I'm a responsible, mature homeowner myself, so I truly understand what it takes to maintain a home while you're away — from routine upkeep and security checks to treating every space with the same care I give my own property.
What matters most to me is giving your pets the love, attention, and daily routine they deserve. Whether it's playtime, walks, cuddles on the couch, feeding schedules, or just quiet companionship, I treat every animal like family. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure your furry (or feathered/scaly!) friends feel safe, happy, and spoiled while you're gone.
Recently, I completed a Master Gardener Volunteer program and although not certified yet, I plan to get certification next year. I’m thrilled to extend that same dedicated care to your plants — indoor houseplants, outdoor gardens, containers, or landscaping. I know how to water properly, spot issues early, prune when needed, and keep everything thriving so you return to a lush, healthy home environment.
I'm non-smoking, clean, respectful of your space, and happy to handle light household tasks (mail collection, trash, plants, etc.) to keep everything running smoothly. I'm excited to bring peace of mind to your travels by treating your home and loved ones as my own.
