About this sitter
First and foremost, I am a grandmama who loves her family and grands! My husband and I also need time away to enjoy each other and the life of travel. We have owned cats and dogs in the 48 years we have been married. We are low maintenance, non smokers, have great communication skills, and desire to travel and feel it's a great opportunity to care for someone's home as well as their prized possessions.
Why they want to house sit
I love to travel with my husband and now that he is retired we have more flexibility and free time to travel and explore more of the USA. We love real estate and discovering architectural design and styles as well as different regions of our country.
Their experience
We just completed our first Mind My House assignment and it was delightful from start to finish. It was truly a pleasure and privilege!
We also spent a week in London in July of 2017 caring for a very easy going cat. I have been an Oklahoma licensed realtor for 26+ years. My husband and I have have owned investment properties and know the value of maintaining a property. We have 5 star reviews on Airbnb & VRBO as guests as well as owners. We value taking care of pets and property and meeting the needs of the home owner.

Charming house sitters
We couldn’t have asked for better care for our fur babies! Jeanne arrived with her friend Laura Lee the night before we left as requested. We were able to hang out with them the day and evening before we left, by the end of the night we were like old friends, lots of laughs and a sense that our babies would be well looked after. They both brought dog treats which were keenly accepted. It was clear how much they genuinely love animals, and that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Laura Lee left after a few days and Jeanne was joined by her husband, sadly we did not get to meet Roger. They kept us updated with messages and photos, which meant so much and let us truly relax knowing our fur babies were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Our pups absolutely adored them—and that says everything! It was nice to know they were also able to explore and enjoy some of local area. They treated our home with respect, followed all our instructions perfectly, and added thoughtful touches that really stood out. Leaving us our favorite pizza from papa Murphys to make dinner easy the day we got back, thank you for that! Roger even showed off his pool cleaning skills ( photo) which was not a requirement. It’s rare to find people this trustworthy, kind, and dedicated. We would love to use this couple or Laura Lee again in the future should they wish to return to Sacramento. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, loving dog sitters. Thank you all for taking such amazing care of our fur babies!
